About Concrafters

We're Concrafters, Inc., a Noblesville concrete company started by Joel Puckett in 1993. We run one crew at a time, and Joel is on the job site every day.

Learned it young, built it himself

Joel grew up in the concrete business. As a teenager he worked in his father's concrete finishing company, which is where he learned the labor side of the trade from the ground up.

In 1993 he started his own company, Concrafters, and he's run it from Noblesville ever since. As the owner, he stays hands-on in the day-to-day work instead of managing crews from an office. His words: "I'm on the job site every day. I don't have a bunch of crews spread out."

Integrity. Quality.

Those two words have been our motto for years, and the goal behind them is simple: a superior finished product, done in a timely manner. That means working alongside the homeowner to understand what they want, then delivering the job they expected.

Over three decades we've built good standing with the area's concrete suppliers, which lets us choose the supplier that best fits each job. We also have long-standing relationships with local residential and commercial builders.

What working with a one-crew company means for you

You meet who pours it

The owner who looks at your yard is on site the day it's poured. There's no hand-off to a crew you've never seen.

Your job gets full attention

One crew means one job at a time. We're not splitting the day between three sites.

Homes, builders and commercial work

Most of what you'll see on this site is residential: stamped patios, fire pits with sitting walls, pool decks, driveways and walks. We also pour for local builders on new construction and for commercial customers, including drives and parking areas. If you have a commercial job, call and tell us about it.

You may have met us at a local home show, too.
